I grew up in a rural town in Vermont. My work often explores themes of material consumption while incorporating memories and images from that childhood landscape. I received an MFA in poetry from the University of California, Irvine, and a BA from Kenyon College. My poems have appeared in various online and print journals. I've also previously taught courses at DePaul University, and I work as an editor.
